Mario and Lucinda are currently performing at the Savannah Theatre in Savannah, Georgia. They have performed in countless productions across the U.S. and beyond. Known for their mesmerizing chemistry on stage, the Morins' repertoire includes everything from the classic style of Fred and Ginger to the sultry smoothness of Latin dance and the skirt-twirlin', fun-filled frolic of swing! They began their showbiz careers at age 19. Mario is a self-taught dancer, singer, and comedian from San Antonio, Texas. Lucinda, from Taylorsville, North Carolina, studied with Ann Freeman and Jackie Olson of Ann Freeman Dance Academy in Hickory, NC. Mario and Lucinda met while performing as the featured dancers at the Alabama Theatre in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Soon after their wedding in Myrtle Beach, the Morins departed South Carolina to travel and entertain aboard Celebrity and Holland America Cruise Lines. In 2001, Mario joined the cast of Circo Magnifico as a gymnast and bungee aerialist. Lucinda became a Radio City Rockette in 2002, appearing in the world-famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular. The Morins' high-flying partnering skills have thrilled audiences in venues including the House of Blues, North Charleston Performing Arts Center, the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA, and Bally's Casino in Atlantic City. Mario has served as an announcer and Master of Ceremonies for Showstopper National Talent Competition. Lucinda has worked as a choreographer, master class instructor and competition judge for Showstopper's regional and national competitions. Their credits also include numerous industrials, commercials, print ads and voiceovers. Mario and Lucinda have been performing together for over thirteen years. |
